A residential building at the corner of Oniashvili and Budapest Streets in Saburtalo, with contemporary architecture and an understated stone façade.
The building is fully insulated against heat loss and noise, which keeps residents’ utility bills down. The façade and entrance are clad in natural stone, and there is a small secure courtyard and a modern lift.
