ESMAR Holding is an architecture and construction holding based in Tbilisi, Georgia, bringing together bespoke architecture, construction, marketing and digital products. By combining our expertise and proprietary technologies, we manage every stage of a project through one integrated team, from the initial sketch to the completed building.
Our portfolio includes over 25,000 m² of built space delivered through our projects, 70 villas in Bali, and projects across Georgia, Indonesia, and Russia.

Architect and commercial director: one team, one goal
The holding began as an architecture studio. Over time, construction, our own products and technology were added to the architecture, bringing our accumulated experience together into one system.
